For this reason, the Ethos Nutrition Plan combines multiple strategies for you to choose from, allowing you to choose the method that works best for you. Our goal with these plans is to provide you with as much information as possible to set you up for success.
Food Exchange List
If you really want details and precision, you will love our Food Exchange List. This portion of the plan can be utilized to fine-tune your nutrition using food weights and measurements for extreme accuracy. With this, you will simply refer to your plan to determine exactly how many servings from each list to choose. From there, choose servings from our extensive list of food options that include nearly every food imaginable!
If you need a more flexible option, the Flexible Dieting portion of your plan will allow you the freedom to choose your own foods while staying on track towards your goals. While we always recommend you choose the best quality foods when able, it can be very beneficial for long-term success to occasionally eat foods that are “off-plan”. We never use the term “cheat-meals” because food has no morality. There are simply some foods that better support our goals than others. Utilizing the flexible dieting portion of our plan can be a useful tool to allow you to eat the off-plan foods you’ve been craving while staying within the caloric boundaries of the system.
